Corfu May 2022

 We have arrived in Kassiopi , Corfu. last time here it was 2017 before Covid and lockdowns which prevented us coming in 2020 . 

Here are a few phone images from the first few days , its about 15 minutes walk from the hotel down to the harbour.

There is a big rose bed planted in the middle of the roundabout just as you walk into the harbour.

An early morning walk down to Avlaki beach, i have brought my macro gear to photograph the butterflys but that will be in a separate blog.

            Walking around the headland, not long until sunset now , but no clouds unfortunately.

The next morning a short walk to the nearest beach , about 10 minutes.  Loads of Crickets around with two on this convolvulus flower.

                                               Lovely bay here , with crystal clear water.

Plenty of Lizards around , we are walking up to Kassiopi castle and this one scuttled up a tree trunk.
